Dawg Scooper (DS) was officially launched on August 1, 2009 based on the idea that founder Daniel Wolf wanted to get better coverage of the Cleveland Browns' training camp since no other sports source provided good and detailed coverage of what happened during those practice sessions.
Immediately, Browns fans were able to find DS, even though it was brand new, and site hits skyrocketed due to Browns fans' need to find news and info about their beloved team. After training camp ended, DS continued its pursuit to provide quality news, information and opinion on the Browns.
Daniel has since left DS and is the founder of NationalFootballAuthority.com.

DS STAFF
Daniel Wolf — Founder, Programmer
Daniel has been a passionate Browns and NFL fan since he was born in the late 1970's. His discontent of unoriginal Browns coverage, opinions and subpar information online are what led him to the idea of starting up a Browns site and he began building a site for his idea in early to mid-July of 2009.
Sadly, Daniel left DS (in January 2012)—but he helps with some programming for the design of the site itself—and has taken his talent to another football website and is the founder of National Football Authority and Unabated Media, LLC.
Daniel is a graduate of Cleveland State University with two B.A.'s; one in digital media communication and another in journalism. He has been writing about football since 2008 and his writing experience includes being a guest writer on National Football Post, a former NFL featured content coordinator, a former Cleveland Browns and NFL featured columnist, editor-in-chief of Cleveland State's newspaper and a 10-year vet of upper management teams.
Daniel is a member of the Football Writer's Association of America and his work has been published on or linked to by: NFL.com, ESPN.com, CBSSports.com, Yahoo! Sports, USA Today, National Football Post, LATimes.com, Cleveland.com, plus many more.
