The Cleveland Browns are rebuilding, and president Mike Holmgren and general manager Tom Heckert have set up their future nicely. Adding an additional first round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, after the draft day trade with the Atlanta Falcons, was a great move but some think the Browns need to use that extra first rounder now, not later.
